SURVEILLANCE
Investigation where visual evidence such as video is to be obtained regarding insurance fraud, suspected cheating spouse or partner, child custody, child welfare (abuse or neglect) and a persons ability to pay child support.
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS
A valuable tool before entering a serious personal relationship or business deal. Often includes video or still photography as well as database and public records searches including criminal and financial records.
SKIP TRACING
Locating persons who have skipped out on child support, other debts or family responsibilities.
WITNESS LOCATES
Tracking down witnesses to accidents or persons
having knowledge pertaining to criminal activities important to issues before the court in criminal or civil matters.
CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS
Investigations conducted in matters where a person has been charged with a criminal offense
may be on a retained basis, through the attorney of the accused or as directed by the court through the Conflict Criminal Defenders Panel. (CCDP)
ELDER ABUSE
Elder abuse is a crime and comes in many forms, whether it is physical, mental or financial; perpetrated at the victims home by a care giver, family member, or acquaintance or at a care facility. Any unusual change or appearance in an elderly person who is under the care of another must be addressed.
PARENTAL FITNESS
The fitness of either a custodial or non-custodial parent can be established through observations (surveillance), discrete investigation and other methods.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT/DISCRIMINATION
Sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace are common and often go unreported by the victims. Victims often fear loss of job, retaliation by the perpetrator or embarrassment by complaining. A discrete investigation can establish the facts that may then be turned over to an attorney or authorities for action. Sexual harassment and discrimination are violations of both California and Federal laws.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Still photography is offered in both film (35 mm) and digital formats. Both are excellent for documenting accident and crime scenes, damage to property and documenting injuries to individuals.
VIDEO
Video is best suited to surveillance, especially when documenting the activities of a person committing insurance fraud or in matters of infidelity. Video is an excellent companion media to still photography.
